My First Book Of Patterns

A board book that builds ten common patterns out of single shapes, one at a time. A circle becomes polka dots, a zigzag becomes chevron, a diamond becomes harlequin, each revealed on the page turn and then set into an illustrated scene by Boyoun Kim. It closes with a double gatefold that gathers all of them back together. Written by Bobby and June George, both Montessori educators.
